David Dillon Redmile – Designer and M.D

David (as pictured with Cllr Colin Wright and Mrs Wright) started Addingtons in 1998 and originally Addingtons was fundamentally a landscape design company, and this is still a massive heart of the company today however with the help of his brother who is a plumber, Addingtons quickly expanded leading to us now having up to five employed fitting teams to create your beautiful bathrooms and a stunning showroom to showcase a small percentage of what we can achieve.

David has been designing gorgeous spaces for over 20 years and with his knowledge and attention to detail he can create a bathroom you didn’t know was possible.

Catherine Spence AssocCIPD, MCIM – Addingtons Business Manager

Catherine joined Addingtons in 2013 in an Office and Marketing Manager capacity becoming the first full time member of office staff, in her time at Addingtons she changed the landscape of the company bringing modern technologies to the forefront and ensure that the business used these modern advances to grow the business further. This has then lead her to become Business Manager in 2022 having been General Manager since 2017. Catherine has helped to expand the business with her marketing and HR knowledge, introduced digital signature software, converted the teams to an online calendar system, and using Sage HR for timesheets. She has arranged for some of our exclusive and quality suppliers within the showroom including AEG and Mackintosh. Catherine sends all the invoices to all of our clients using Xero and issues receipts for payments made. She is responsible for making payments to our suppliers, inputting the data onto our Xero accounting software, data entry for salaries, completing paperwork for our VAT exempt clients and deals with any business insurances we require.

Sam Beerling – Office Manager

Sam’s main role is to assist the teams and customers. 

Sam joined the team in 2021. Sam’s main area is where she orders all of the bathroom products for all of the teams and manages our trade accounts from our various suppliers and ensures that the data inputted is correct as well as checking statements.

Sam has ensured many new processes are put into place and has changed the way we use our Xero software. She has vast administrative experience and is committed to excellent customer service. She has been able to attend events to expand her product knowledge and gain more insight every day.

 

 

Rachel Fletcher – Customer Service Administrator

Rachel joined us in 2023. She is Sam’s right hand woman and helps with all aspects of the company. Her main role is to ensure that our customers experience and journey is fluid throughout. She calls the clients during works to ensure all is well, and  she sends out detailed care packs and guarantee certificates when the project is complete. She then contacts our clients a month after the works to ensure there are no areas they are unsure of. Any aspect customer service related Rachel gets stuck in and she has enabled us to really push our mission, to give the best customer experience whilst delivering expertly crafted designs.
